Group and Centre Based Activities

These support items assist participants to access community, social and recreational activities provided in a group setting, either in the community or in a centre.

Capacity Building -

Support Coordination Level 1 and Level 2

This support item strengthens a participant’s ability to design and then build their supports with an emphasis on linking the broader systems of support across a complex service delivery environment.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaches

These support items provide assistance for participants to build capacity and resilience through strong and respectful relationships to support people with psychosocial disability to live a full and contributing life.

​Assistance with Accommodation and Tenancy Obligations

This support item is to guide, prompt, or undertake activities to ensure the participant obtains or retains appropriate accommodation. This may include assisting to apply for a rental tenancy or to undertake tenancy obligations in line with the participant’s tenancy agreement.
