ABOUT BESTACARE
Bestacare is a family ran business that has been operating in Ballarat since August 2019. BestaCare is situated in a historic building in a quiet suburb of Ballarat in Mount Pleasant. BestaCare prides itself on bringing “Our Family to Yours”. Our aim is to make a difference in people’s lives.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
At BestaCare we strive to be the best disability support service in and around Ballarat. We always have our participants at the forefront of our minds. Communication is key and we believe that we always kept our communication lines open and strong. Our staff are all trained and relevant certificates are kept up to date.
At BestaCare we are looking into the future to see what we can implement/improve to give our staff and participants a better experience. We treat all our participants just like family. We are a 7-day-a-week business.
We want to not only grow our business but also the staff that are working in it.
What does the future hold for BestaCare?
We want to grow. We are in the very early stages of looking at some housing in and around Ballarat. We are also looking to expand into Geelong and Grampians region.
