General Manager
Emma
I have over eight years of experience in support work and aged care, along with a strong background in management. I have been proudly involved in helping my parents establish BestaCare back in 2019. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to helping the business grow and continue making a positive impact in the community.
I’m passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, encouraging others to reach their full potential, and working alongside like-minded people who share the same values. My goal is always to improve and strengthen what we do, ensuring that BestaCare provides the highest quality of support and care.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing cricket, hanging out with my dog, spending time with friends and family, and helping others whenever I can. Supporting people and creating positive change has always been at the heart of who I am.
Operations & Intake Manager
Talan
I have two years’ experience in support coordination and support work, along with a background in family business management. As a Disability Operations and Intake Manager, I’m passionate about creating person-centred systems that ensure clients receive high-quality, respectful care.
I enjoy leading teams with empathy and accountability, supporting staff to deliver their best while maintaining strong operational standards. My focus is on improving processes, strengthening communication, and enhancing service delivery to create meaningful outcomes for clients and the wider community.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, going to the gym, gaming, reading, building Lego, and spending time with friends and family.
Administration Support
Liz
I’m an experienced administrator with a strong background in administration and HR, and a passion for creating inclusive, supportive environments. I believe that behind every task or process is a person who deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued.
I enjoy bringing structure to busy environments, solving problems thoughtfully, and supporting teams so things run smoothly behind the scenes. Whether I’m improving processes, assisting staff, or promoting accessibility, I approach my work with empathy, curiosity, and a creative mindset.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring local markets, reading, photography, and spending time with friends and family.
Support Coordinator

I’m passionate about working closely with each participant to ensure their individual needs are met with care and attention.
Reliability is at the heart of everything I do, and I take great pride in my strong work ethic.
Outside of work, I’m a busy mum to two wonderful kids, which definitely keeps life interesting!
When I get a moment to unwind, you’ll find me soaking up the outdoors or curled up watching a good movie.
I understand life can be full of surprises, so you can count on me to support you every step of the way.

I have 2 years of experience working as a support worker.
I work closely with participants to understand their individual needs and help enhance their overall quality of life. I’m reliable and organised in all aspects of my role, ensuring that every task is handled with precision and care. Beyond my professional skills, I bring a smile and a laugh to everyone I work with, creating an atmosphere of warmth, positivity and encouragement that fosters trust and collaboration.
